Hi, fnb has debited my account without informing or notifying me, Yes I had Credit card account with them 10 years ago, my problem is how can they just take money from my account without even warning me, now my son will not go to school because his school fees has been taken away ..this is unfair, I don't deny making arrangements to repay the credit card but not in this hostile manner, I want my money back and I am going to close and cancel all my services with FNB and log a complaint with Banking ombudsman of south Africa.
