Yday i tried accessing my ewallet and calling the call centre who clearly knew nothing about what was happening outside the building. I spoke to Xolani who cwas really of no help at all. He told me to try a different ATM outside the mall. I went to another 2. Same story. If it's a sysyems problem you should say not have me running around for no reason. needless to say i did not get my money and feel rather greatful that i did not move my cheque account to FNB.
