Waiting to be connected. From call centre to branch Have been on the phone for over a HOUR. Every time I Call I give details get cut of when being connected. I have left messages at the branch no response since the 23rd May. WHY WHATS HAPPENING I then managed to call and told call centre I'm putting a complaint on hallo peter. Within 5 miniutes I got the call from my banker... What a poor SHOW ready to change BANKS. With having 4 accounts with Standard (THEY DONT KEEP UP THE STANDARD!!!)
