I was wondering when I would receive documentation advising how to make arrangements for my new card to be delivered, however, a letter in the post arrived advising me that my credit card would not be renewed? I am completely dumbstruck by this decision? I have been an absolutely loyal customer since the early 2006. I consistently pay my account (have NEVER missed a payment), utilize my account every month, never going over my limit and pay more than the minimum balance every month- I was even granted a credit limit increase three months back. To add insult to injury, my internet banking account seems to be suspended and I do not have access to my balance, cannot view history and have lost all functionality. Could somebody please explain to me in detail the reason for this decision? My credit record is flawless and I cannot understand how you could justify this? Loyal customers do not deserve to be treated this way. I am quite disgusted.
