Prolonged Claim Process

My mother has been diagnosed with cancer last year June. The report from Albert Lut Hospital clearly states that she has cancer. I have given you guys all the necessary paperwork you have asked from me to conclude this claim. After OM requesting numerous doc letters we are still waiting for an outcome as to wether or not the insurer will pay. It was a straight forward operation which determined that she had cancer. How much more evidence do you need to finalise this claim. OM do you need a death certificate then only will you pay Everytime I call the call cent.they advice that the claim is still processing. If we took a cover from 1Life, we would have definitely been paid out already. On your website it clearly states that OLD MUTUAL will pay as they promise-no excuses. OM wake up do the right thing pay as you promise, pay my mum's money which she is validly entitled to. Almost 11 months, I find the rate at which OM responds to this claim to be completely unacceptable or is this merely a ploy to delay payment. My mum is unable to wrk and bills are increasing. Serious diseases usually strike without warning, that's the reason why people take a cover that will assist them in cases like this.
