OLD MUTUAL FINALLY DECLINES SEVERE ILLNESS CLAIM

I refer to my previous report (complaint)
Old Mutual declined the severe illness benefit claim. They say that the maligma melanoma cancer is not severe enough as it has not penetrated the tissue.( this was never explained by the insurance broker!!! He stated that the policy will pay out when the policy holder contract or be diagnosed with cancer.)
All consumers must be aware what the broker tells you and what the policy details stipulates. In all the time that my fiancee has been a policy holder, no one has ever explained this to her.(Is this not part as your rights as a consumer to know the whole truth?!!) Be careful Mr/Mrs consumer!!! You might think that you are covered and then you could not be!!!
