Unlawful Debit Orders

My bank account has been debited 2 amounts of R399 today. Upon phoning my bank I was told that Loan Tracer has debited my account. I am in total shock how this has been done. According to Loan Tracer I applied on-line on the 29/4 and agreed to the 2-in-1 package. According to their terms of condition (as below) I was not sent notification of acceptance via email or sms :
6.1.1 All applicants/clients will receive notification of acceptance via email and/or sms. Once accepted, applicants/clients have 7 (Seven) days to cancel their application from date of application for Loan Tracer SA's convenient 2 in 1 service package. We reserve the right to enforce our STRICT cancellation process and applicants/clients can, AT ANY TIME, forfeit this process if it is not correctly followed. No refunds will be considered if any applicant/client cancels outside of the 7 (Seven) day cooling off period and the applicant/client shall remain responsible for the payment to Loan Tracer SA.
I was sent a copy of this contract today (24/5) - after the debit orders had been taken off.
I was not given the 7 (seven) days opportunity to cancel the application. The debit orders will be reversed.
