Refuse new contract - then debit my account

2 quotes from you yesterday to insure our 2 cars - separately. Both accepted. You phoned today (4 different call centre staff in 15 minutes, even 2 at once!!), HOUNDED us to 'check our details' before issuing the contract, though we completed all our business yesterday, confirmed by SMS, my REF: CP102942699. THEN you informed us that you would NOT insure all 4 drivers (Mom, Dad, son, daughter) to drive both cars, though this is precisely what was agreed to on the phone, with the children's ID numbers given. We offered to pay a higher premium - but sadly your bizarre company policy NEVER allows more than 3 people to be insured to drive 1 car. Huh?? We need ALL our family members safe, thank you. Unacceptable. YOU said NO EXCEPTIONS, and promptly CANCELLED the 2 contracts, confirmed by SMS. And THEN you took R678 from my account. Tomorrow, you will either send me written confirmation that my car is indeed covered by you as of today, or refund my money by close of business. It took you less than 24 hours to get this spectacularly wrong. I hope you will be equally quick in correcting your mistake. Very sorry I commended your service yesterday.
