I am getting extremely frustrated trying to follow up on my smart device order.
I have dialled at least 7 different number and received a mixture of sitting on hold for hours or being told to call another number.
This is not the service I am used too.
This excludes, the 2 month old Premier Banker request which nobody answered.
The merchant department APPLICATION I did 3 weeks ago and nobody has called me.
I used to be an advocate of FNB, but now I couldn't recommend you guys at all.
