I made a loan at wonga Dec 2012'the pay back day for the loan was on the 25 th of Jan 2013.The account where the monies was suppose to be deducted from was not correctly funded on the day of deductions due to transfer delay from another account of mine. Never the less the full amount was taken from the account by Wonga on the 31st Jan 2013.
During Feb I wanted to make another loan just to find that there system never updated and I emailed client services. They responded that I need to pay the account still. I then emailed them the bank statements proving the deduction went off succesfully however the never responded and blacklisted me.
Now i cannot get any form of credit because of Wongas bad service and faulty systems!
