My son had lost his phone at school and we didn't know what happened because it was ringing for some few day and then it was off again and his friends didn't know where the phone was and the teachers said they didn't see it. I phoned MiWay and was helped by Pamela Legodi and I related the story to her and she asked me if I 'd reported the phone and I said no as I did not know what was the first step to do, she was patient with me and told me what is needed from me for her to process my claim. I then went on leave after that day and I told myself that I would phone them after coming back as i was taking a 4 dy leave. After 2 working days she called me and told me that she's waiting for the outstanding details I gave them to her telephonically at the comfort of my home and after three days I was phoned and asked where would I like my phone to be delivered. I would like to thank Pamela Legodi and MiWay for the way that my case was handled and the effececiency of it. Thank you Pamela for loving what you do.
