FNB does the beeping

I paid my credit card bill twice in December, once for the usual debit and once for January. Now in January i get debited again and my account is in negative figures! i was meant to pay approx R3000 for dec and january but have ended up paying over R5000 and STILL they debit me. i called them to find out what happened and they say that they can't reverse it because of their billing period. that's all well and good but i'm left with negative figures in my account and i can't even access money that was EFT'd to me because my account is so badly in the negative. Don't listen to the radio adverts, FNB BEEPS THEIR CUSTOMERS AS WELL! i will be changing bank accounts if this is not rectified and will make sure that i advise people to NEVER join your bank. PATHETIC.
