Impossible to make small changes to my policy

I have had to phone discovery three times now to make a small change to my policy and it still hasnt been done.

Last week Vaneshree (second call) promised to get back to my by Friday after hearing how irate I was that I had to phone so many times for such a small change. She never phoned me back.

When I phoned today, I got another lady called Susan who gave me attitude. She is now also committing to get back to me by the end of the week. QC18318

When I want to speak to a manager she tells me she is not available.
