I had an accident last week Wednesday (15/05/2013) I called the Miway services and was very happy with the service given they sent out a tow truck, checked if I needed medical assistamce and checked if I was OK to get home, as well as kept checking up on me during the incident. Since then the service has been non-existant, I have had no contact from them regarding the accident, I called the next day (Thursday) to advise what I need to do from my side, they said that I need to log a claim online, which I did, I then had to ask them what I need to submit, instead of being given all the information, I also asked what is the status of my claim and was informed that they are awaiting for an assessor to inspect the vehicle, it is now Monday and I have still not had a follow up with any regards to my vehicle and am very disatissfied with the servicem I already have enough to deal with regarding the accident and now I have to deal with bad service as wel.
