I have been an FNB account holder for the past 2 years. After applying for a tablet that was approved after numerous calls to fnb (and a complaint to Hello Peter) they called me to confirm the device and i wanted to take insurance. 48 hours later they declined my application because i am a foreigner!!! I have made numerous calls to find out what Nationality has to do with a service??? As far as i am concerned i live in South Africa legally... I feel like a criminal and i want answers regarding this issue.
