Call centre agents bad attitudes when they phone

Mrs Pretorius from Anthony Richards & Associates phone me this morning connection with my Absa account that was hand over to them that i currently pay off the amount of R100 that i can afford at the moment because of my financial difficulties that I'm in she told me i must pay the amount of R500 so i told her i cant afford that amount so she told me but i used the money and i must just pay that amount and i told her but u cant determine what i must pay you don't know my circumstances so she told me that she can because I'm the debtor and i use the money i told her i want to speak to someone else because she's rude to me now i ask her what is her manager's name she told me i can phone Michell Prins i phone Michelle but she was busy with another client i ask her if she can phone me back i also gave my number but she didn't't call me back im just very 'very disappointing the way Mrs. Pretorious was speaking to me that's not the way to speak to people we all human beings i lost my husband in February 2009 since that time im in bebt trying to come out of bebt im a single mother of 2 daughters.email-michelle@aragroup.
