I was just in a car accident with my daughter. We need to go to the Military Hospital for our injuries. We are in shock and traumatized. Our dogs were also in the car and could be hurt. Now I have to hear that I have to pay for a rental car? I AM NOT. I can't drive around with the accident car because it is falling apart in front and WE ARE TWO WOMEN. Your service is absolutely horrifically useless. I am SO SO sorry I ever took out insurance with your pathetic company! How long are you going to take to pick up the accident car, fix it and get it back so that I can HAVE TRANSPORT? I am going to take this matter further.
