Everyone knows that you can't get a good service from a bank? Until Nedbank employed Amy Nido, in their home loan legal department, she helped and guided me on how to attend a sheriff auction- without this valuable information I would not know what was happening and the best is, I don't bank with Nedbank, Amy had nothing to gain to help me, she had patience with all my silly questions. Even though I was not successful I gained experience and a new opinion of the Banking Group Nedbank, well done for a great service please congratulate a well deserving staff member.
