I called my insurer to process a claim, I spoke to Naeem and he advised that my vehicle sound system wasn't covered for insurance. He further informed me that, he will listen to my contractual call recordings and get back to me. It's been over 2 weeks now without any response and I'm going to take this up with my Lawyer because it doesn't make sense for me to cover my house hold contents, potable possessions and not cover my sound system.
