Overcharging, incompetent

Am writing on behalf of my colleague as she is not registered on hello peter. My colleague has been coming to me since friday complaining about how african bank overcharged her loan account. On friday she went to apply for a credit card, she was told she still owes a.bank r4000 but she settled it on the 5th of december. How long does ur system take to update records bcos now she was told thy can only accept her with r500 on her cr card coz of the amount she suposedly owes. Then wen u guys checked again twas picked up that u owe her r75. She's been calling since monday trying to get this sorted, she has been sent from pill to post but no1 has been able to assist her. She is very upset and she doesn't even have money to get to work, u guys are making empty promises coz she was told the money would be in bu 4pm ystaday. Money still not in the account and she is furious. She has been a loyal abank cust. And is this how u guys repay her 4 her loyalty! Plz sort her out before the end of the day and the money has to be in her account before the end of the day!! This is not how u do business! She wouldn't have come to u guys if she did not need the money!! ref numba 8704788
