I've been doing a follow up on my refund on my loan. i took a loan at african bank to concolidate the one i had with fnb. fnb still debited the money from my cheque account so when african bank paid the money was already taken. i was asked to send the settlement letter which i did on the 2nd of Dec. no body got back to me, i delt with a guy by the name of Aubrey Tshevu from fnb loans retail bank, who tells me he is still awaiting feedback. it has long past the time and he tells me nothing has been done on my acc. the admin department havent looked at it or updated remarks. I was an employee of fnb for 2 long years and now as a client this is the service i get, i'm dissapointed. he said i must wait for the turn around time on the 14/01 to get feedback this morning he tells me that he has heard nothing. so clearly no body is busy with my account. IF I DONT HEAR OR HAVE THE MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT END OF TODAY, I AM SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE CEO AND I AM NOT JOKING
