I'm not happy with the service that I'm receiving from 1LIFE, nobody can give me proper answers, now I have a bad credit with my bank because of 1LIFE. I just didn't't see this coming. After 6 years of been with 1Life, I've never came across this kind of service. Today I spoke to 3 different people of which 2 of them put the phone down on me and the excuse was we are having a problem with our lines, why don't they phone me back when their lines are okay. I mean I can't spend so much time on the work phone with the same people over and over and none of them are able to assist me. I asked to speak to a manager but none of them wants to put me through.
