It's not everyday when you call a call centre and get met with such a pleasant voice full of energy and willing to go the extra mile. Thapelo gave me all the necessary information I need wrt settlements, even went as far as offering to look into financing me for my next car, which was quite impressive. I'm now waiting to be called back by the financing team with the outcome and hoping for a better deal. He called back within the timeframes he promised and you don't get that a lot lately.
