Policy enquiry

I spoke to a consultant about my query who then transferred me to the customer service. I was transferred
to max investments section and spoke to Rashid Issacks. I did not get the necessary feedback, He asked
that I speak to another section (fairbain Capital) and then call him. I asked why he could'nt check with them
instead and come back to me. He replied that he is in a in bound call centre and therefore cannot help.
I requested to speak to a senior staff. He replied that they were not available, I then requested the persons
name. He replied Tashik Parker is in charge and you are wlecome to complain. He stated that I should write
a letter to complaint and send it to the complaints department. I was shocked and mystified at the response
from the companies (Old Mutual) representative.
