Trying to get through to call centre for a week!!!

I urgently need to get through to the ABSA call centre in order for them to re-activate my internet banking, I've been trying for a week now... THEY JUST DON'T AWNSER THEIR PHONES!!! This is now urgent as I need to pay my bond (also with ABSA)... yet it does not help!!! On the one hand ABSA is calling me to pay my bond, and on the other hand they are unable to assist with reconnecting my internet banking (as they are not awnsering their phones).

I have no idea what to do, however I find this service discusting!!!
