Excellent Service

I just bought a bantam bakkie and wanted to add it onto my profile, i spoke to Ms Iris Govender at Aon and she was excellent in bringing the whole deal together - assisted with advice and updated policy schedule to my benefit. in the end of the day i felt I got a good deal - now it that not what it is about - the customer walks away feeling he got the best deal - i had my updated policy schedule sent to me the next day and all is in place - I just want to compliment Iris on her patience, im sure it was a busy day and I called the head office branch to do an ammendment but im glad i reverted back to my local branch where the service was excellent - Thank you Iris and the Aon team in Durban
