GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN SHOCKING AND ILLEGAL

The ATM refused to accept my card so I went into the bank.9 desks had no staff at them and only 2 ppl were working. The manager (MARK) asked what the problem was I asked where all the staff where, he said "FNB built this big bank and don't give me any staff to work in it, it's not my problem" I said the service was shocking he ignored me and then walked off. Eventually I find out that the account was closed- as if an account was inactive for 3 months it is closed and that Head Office does not inform anyone of this so it is not their problem. I asked to see a statement, which proved that I had used the account a month ago. They then said they do not know why it was closed and that as I owe money (R200) on the account they would report me to the credit bureau (all this without a word from FNB). I asked to see the terms and conditions that they kept telling me about WHICH THEY COULD NOT ACCESS.Surely this is illegal. They refused to show me the exact terms that stated this closure was part of a procedure. All this time after repeated requests to see the manager he refused to see me. I have had payments of a lot of money that hasn't come into my account and no one can tell me where it is.
