I think it will be just to put this in writing. I really appreciate the outstanding service I got from Johannes Martin. His service was top notch and exceptionally brilliant given the well known atrocious service customers usually get from call centre agents. He was very helpful to make sure I understood the content of the qoutation and the implications. I really appreciate good service. His interpersonal skills are admirable and I'm truly impressed.
