Hi,
my policy number is OPLA295514, and clearly stipulates that my monthly premium is R903 but last week R2200 was deducted (which i was promised will be returned within 2 days after submitting oakhurst with my bank statement, and i'm still waiting).
i have sent numerous emails and called Danelle but nothing has been done after a week, must i always complain at this platform for oakhurst to pay attention to its clients. i cant pay some of my accounts because of these issue and no one seems to care.
