Neglect to update details on ITC

We have paid of a Personal Loan & Credit card on 4 May. We are trying to obtain a home loan but the banks are declining us because the accounts have not been updated on Credit buearo. We first struggled more than a week to obtain a paid up letter from them and promised us it takes 30 days to update on Buero. Today is the 10th of May. It still reflect and the banks are declining us on affordability - because they include these payments in our monthly expenses. They just don't care. We need to move out our house in 2 weeks and have no where to go because of this. There excuse this morning what it will take another 7 days. WE DO NOT HAVE 7 DAYS.
