Lindsay van Oldenborgh was assigned to my claim for the recovery of my excess following my accident in December 2012. Since she was first assigned she has been absolutely amazing. She has kept in touch via telephone pretty much every second week or so and would get back to me asap if I could not get hold of her.
Lindsay has been extremely efficient through this ordeal and I am so grateful to her for all her help. Thank you Lindsay for recovering my excess for me, I really appreciate all your hard work.
