No debit orders

I had gone to one of your branches in durban and requested that no debit order goes off on my savings account.next thing i know i have excellent3 unauthorized debit orders and i now have to get a letter from these editors for a reversal of my money. I do not have that time as i work 6 days a week. I trusted capitac as my bank to protect my money. My bank is not working with me. I am extremely unhappy.
