Impossible to get through to homeloan call centre

Trying for days to get through to the home loan call centre on 0860111007 and its impossible. All i need or want to request is my current home loan statement and have it emailed to my email address attached. Is it possible to issue me with my request ASAP? Sorry had to go to this extent but its ridiculous not to answer the calls via call centre.
