Very Bad Service

On 18th April 2013 (19 days ago) they my card at the ATM in Kloof and proceeded to draw R500.00 from my account. I reported it the following day and was told that they would come back to me within 3 days. Hello!!! No answer yet even though I have tried to contact them 3 times.
