Linsay Cammay is part of Candy Govenders team at Outsurance. I called and spoke with her because I wanted to cancel my car cover because iWYZE has quoted me at a cheaper rate.
Rather than cancelling the cover she requested that I send her my iWYZE quote so that she may try to match or beat the quote. She kept me informed through the entire process via calls and emails.
She came back and said their quote is not cheaper than iWYZE, then she proceeded in tell me all the Outsurance benefits that I was not aware off. Rather than slate her competitor she took the classy approach sold me on her product!!
So I might be paying a slightly higher monthly premium, but I am paying for excellent service, great coverage and peace of mind!
