It all started when you offered me an upgrade to platinum which I accepted, then 2 months latter discovered that I had lost all my rewards and the banking official told me I was wasting my time when I asked for my rewards to be restored while downgrading my account back to gold. Now I have once again been offered the upgrade and nowhere do you state that I will loose all my rewards. I am extremely dissatisfied that you are not willing to reinstate the lost rewards due to your upgrade offer.
Also because I can no longer perform online transactions and Your telephone system is messed, I tried to get assistance on Friday, I tried again today, had to hold for ages before I got through to someone which told me to turn my phone off and on, I explained that it would not work because this is now the 2nd time I am trying to get my OTP issue resolved, he insisted by which time I started getting upset because I knew I would do that and have to go to the back of the cue again - waited again in the cue, just after getting connected got dropped due to network congestion on your side. PS 3 days have not been able to make online purchases due to not being able to receive my OTP. How do I get help
