Help urgently needed, insured family left in cold

I have bought a house less then a year ago, all was approved by Standard Bank. We encountered severe rain storms in Eastern Cape, East London and worsened over the weekend causing more damage. The roofs was severely damaged and rain seeped through onto my walls and my laminating floors. I have followed the Standard Bank procedure but no feedback as been given to me. I have to phone and then explain my case over and over to a new consultant every time and they all say the same thing, its like no-one is taking my case seriously and my family and i are left in the dark, but we paying for a service every month. I feel robbed and violated. I have sent numerous emails explaining what have happened but its like no one has the decency to take the time to read them. I would like someone to actually read my emails and explain to me why i am being denied insurance for which i am clearly covered for in the policy. I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as i have a 6 month old son and his and our health is in severe danger.
