Money not transfered and no response to my email

I applied for a loan on friday the 5th April 2013 and I got a confirmation email that the money is in my bank account, this morning Saturday the 6th I went to the bank to withdraw money and its not there. I'm not sure if wonga is trying to me to paying this amount at the end of the month even thought I haven't received it. I sent them an email to alert them of this but it seems like they didn't even read my mail coz they haven't even responded. This clearly is the platform to complain as they respond very fast here.
