Very bad managing on the Store

I was in the in June purchasing a Soap INHOLLY125g priced at R18.99 on the shelf and on the i was charged R26.99 and because i was in Hurry i paid and let the cashier know the her supervisor and yesterday again before i paid for i raised the matter of their not being updated but they ddint care and their Manager YAYA and their Superviser Path who was called by the Cashier Anda Mjikwa didnt show any Enthusiastic to the matter. I never saw that kind of Rudeness on the Store especially from the Superios on the Store and thie floor like that
