My mother is a 73-year-old pensioner who gets robbed on a monthly basis by Isabella Garcia, who deducts more than R1300 monthly from her. I have called countless times and even have emails from them noting that they will reduce the deductions. However, when the time comes to make the deductions, they take this huge amount again, leaving my mom penniless and without any finances to take care of herself.
I called them some time ago to inform them that they are exploiting my mom as she is in the early stages of dementia. But not even that could stop them from exploiting the elderly.
It's a shame and disgrace how Isabella Garcia exploits the elderly.
