Dealing with One Pet is a NIGHTMARE. I am still waiting for the refund on my account, which will now increase as yet another incorrect debit order has been debited from my account. Frankly if this is the service I can expect in a non-emergency I would hate to know the service levels in an emergency. I have escalated the issues to Ronald who has ignored me and not bothered to return my calls, I have then escalated to Lillian, the compliance manager, who has also not bothered to respond.
I am at the point of cancelling the entire policy and giving Pet Sure a shot, I honestly can't imagine any other provider giving a worse service than what I have experienced with this company. One thing is clear, they have no interest in you as the end user of their pet insurance products.
