I booked a voucher and was offered 5 days to pay. I phoned to ask if I had missed the payment deadline and was told that it was still in order to pay.
When I phoned after payment was made I was told that;
1) My payment was not received by them
2) I had missed the deadline for payment
3) The service provider refuses to give a manual voucher.
It is now 4 days and they are still sitting with my money but no urgency to do a refund because the voucher cannot be purchased.
One staff member tells you this information and another, something totally different.
Watch out people!
