I have had it with the group on. i bought 2 vouchers for spa treatment worth R900, and i made payment but never got my vouchers. i call and call regarding my vouchers and Finlay they give me response that i didnt get the voucher therefore i should request a refund . i did request the refund in march, then it passed the payment date that i was premised, i call their call centre every week and it a different persona and different reasons. my last call i spoke Sisanda Henda . i have had enough . i want my refund . this was the worst service i have ever experienced. poo
