No refund for bad deal

I have called in to Groupon on 7th February requesting an updarte on my vouchers. I was advised by Beverley that there is a problem and a refund would be my best option. I provided my banking details via e-mail for a refund - ticket number 679353. I e-mail on a daily basis, but still nothing. I called in now and there are NO MANAGERS as they are all on lunch according to Sisanda Henda. I have another deal pending since 9th February, I still have not received the vouchers, yet my order has been confirmed. I keep sending e-mails to no avail. I was on the phone now for 20 minutes, yet the issue is not resolved. Sisanda advised that she sent me a mail to prove it has been sent to the Finance Department, but there is still nothing in my Inbox. I am still waiting for a call back.
