After complaining about Groupon and their supplier's service (Villa Belmonte) Groupon removed me from their mailing list.
I guess i was supposed to keep quite and smile away after spending 3 nights in a filthy accommodation that is apparently a 5 star accommodation according to Groupon and Villa Belmonte.
At the rate at which you going and with so many complaints posted on this website you won't need to unsubsbribe people from your mailing list they will do so gladly.
Even when I spoke to Maurisia Arendse you could just sense that she's not interested I'm just another whiny customer.
I'd rather pay a full amount than to run for bargains and at the end of the day you get appaling service because you got it reasonable you don't have to complain clearly according to Groupon the service i got its worth the change i paid so why should i whine.
