GROUPON FRAUDS SUPPLIERS AND CUSTOMERS

I have been ripped off by groupon, whom Ive made a complaint about regarding THE CRADLE DEAL. on the eve of my anniversary I rudely found out the I no longer had a booking from Cradle, which was planned since November 2012, due to GROUPON NOT PAYING THE CRADLE.

Groupon, have been alogising and claiming to REFUND MY MONEY, that has been taken from my account on the 02 November 2012, for the last 3 and a half weeks now, and still have not done so.

They never call you back or provide full and accurate information, I have to constantly call them 3 - 4 times daily, and still no resolution. They have no Management Staff, so there's no Higher Authority that can actually assist you either.

I advised Groupon on 4 different occasions, that I have a Capitec Global One Card, which is a debit card with a Master card facility, which allows you to make purchases online, however funds are directly drawn from my account, as it's not a credit card. I have issued them with my Account details, as refunds to the card number will no reflect, nor will it go through to the bank which I confirmed with Capitec, and Capitec advised NO CREDIT WAS REFLECTING.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY TO BE PAID BACK.
