I purchased a voucher for a VIP Spa package from Groupon SA from Le Farm Lodge and Spa in Centurion.
My original booking for the "spa" was lost due to the manager leaving, so when I called to confirm my booking a month later, no record of my stay-over was logged. However, he spa did make an effort to accommodate me, with a weeks' notice.
Le Farm Lodge and Spa is more of a conference centre than a Spa and should not be advertising any Spa facilities. The space itself is inappropriate for any therapies. There is a constant flow of people in and out of the car park and it is impossible to sleep with all the noise. Despite the venue being beautifully decorated, the facilities are very disappointing. The only place to unwind is on a patio over-looking the cars. We did not have access to any area near a pool or garden.
The spa treatments were sub-standard, and surrounded by noise. The untrained "therapists" tried their best but are not near the required level of professionalism. The meals are unhealthy and poor, with no vegetarian options.
The overnight room was filled with thousands of ants (dead and alive), bedding was unclean and facilities for beverages were non-existent or poor.
