I ordered and paid for a Christmas gift on 23 November 2012.By mid December it had still not been delivered. Groupon promised it would be delivered 21 Dec. It was not. I phoned them 24 Dec, had to hold for 20 minutes, they promised it would be delivered that day. It wasn't. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund. At first I got generic replies, always from a different person. They are now ignoring my emails. I lodged a complaint on their feedback site, but have not had a response.
