A friend bought me a Brazilian Blowout. The supplier was unable to fulfil the contract and therefore the voucher was not used. On 21 January I received an email saying that the purchaser's credit card used for the purchase would be refunded the full amount. Since then there have been many emails and phone calls, with varying stories. On Friday I spoke to a supervisor, Gigi Mibengi, who promised to immediately email my friend to get her banking details in order to repay her by eft. She refused to give me a reference number for the call (fortunately it was recorded) saying that the email would contain the reference number. She said I would be copied on the email. Needless to say neither my friend, nor I, have had an email. Groupon - you.
