I purchased 6 5D ride tickets for the new attractions at Ushaka through Groupon. As I always do (and promoted by Groupon) I displayed my Groupon vchr on my smartphone to the lady at the counter who then informed me that unless I have a printed copy she cannot help me.
I explained that according to Groupon all I had to do was show them my electronic copy as it had all the required codes on it. She then told me that unless she had a printed copy she would not allow us in.
I have now driven all the way out here, paid for parking and not allowed to use my vchr because Groupon did not communicate with the business.
So dissatisfied.
